Ri Dym - Craniosacral Therapist
I'm here to welcome and genuinely appreciate whatever arises, and invite whatever is wanted in response — lightness, slowing down, spaciousness or proximity, attunement, curiosity, play, reflection, and more. Our sessions may be serious or playful and funny. By simply "being with" what's here in a co-regulated space, together we open the possibility for transformation.
I discovered biodynamic craniosacral therapy during personal explorations into body-mind-spirit interconnections. Working with craniosacral has brought me a deep and complete felt sense of self-connection — and became a key part of healing from early childhood trauma. The lively presence and embodied intelligence of my BCST teachers and therapists brought about a wonderful change in my embodied experience of reality. Where in the "before times" I routinely experienced the world as hostile or dull, I now find that it is welcoming, sparklingly alive, and delightfully mysterious.
My life includes my beloved cranio and art practices, family, friends, and bestie dog, Louie.

Dr. Tara Foster LAc - (Ear Acupuncture & Ear Seeds) Acupuncturist & Herbalist
Hello I'm Dr. Foster. Herbalism is dear to my heart, and I believe Acupuncture has a place in helping with all dis-ease. In my care we will deep dive into the root causes of your imbalances. Each individual has a constitutional signature that can get out of balance from day to day life, or from traumatic events. I use Acupuncture, Herbal Medicine, and Lifestyle Changes, to bring you into your optimal state of health and well-being.
In my clinical practice I work with Pain, Auto-immune disorders, Immunity, Reproductive/Sexual health, and Digestive disorders mainly. I have been growing herbal medicine from seed to bottle for many years, and just as each plant has its own needs, so does each human.
In my free time I enjoy meditation, forest/nature adventures and "nerding" out on the most recent medical news. I have had a long-time obsession with viruses and microbial infections. I spend a lot of time reading non-fiction and exploring the world of metaphysics.

Workshops
Awakened by Grief - Michelle Olsen
Grief and transition can feel chaotic, painful, and disorienting—but within that mess lies the opportunity for clarity, depth, and the re-emergence of meaning. In a world that often feels messy and full of loss, we are also invited to answer our deeper calling: to create more of what we want to see in the world. When we choose to engage with our grief consciously, we can begin to uncover purpose, redefine our values, and create a life rooted in what matters most.
In this workshop, you’ll explore the power of meaning-making as a tool for healing and transformation, and walk away with a deeper connection to what sustains you—and what you’re here to bring forward—even in the midst of the mess.
Whether you're grieving the loss of a loved one, the end of a relationship, a career that no longer fits, or another significant change, this workshop invites you to gently explore what’s next.
Together, we’ll explore how to alchemize your grief into meaning, allowing it to shape and support the next chapter of your life.

Until Palestine is Free, Healing ourselves and healing the world - Elizabeth Scott
Until Palestine is Free. Healing ourselves and healing the world. A workshop to support those whose hearts suffer with the people of Palestine
In this workshop we will address the mental health impact of watching a live streamed genocide being inflicted on the people in Gaza by Israel and the United States. Come learn about some of the psychological and social resources that can help us to cope with the despair, anger and paralysis we may feel. Let's support each other so that we can find the bravery and moral courage we need to take action to end the siege and free Palestine.
We will explore :
How to connect to our deepest values of truth, justice and solidarity.
Using meditation to experience our interconnectedness with all of life and the richness unearthed when we face both the violence and beauty of our humanity.
Building community through our grief and our love for the world.
Elizabeth Scott LCSW is a representative of USA Palestine Mental Health Network, a network of mental health providers supporting the people of Palestine in their struggle to achieve justice and the Sacred Justice Coalition, a collaborative of Buddhist practitioners taking action to address the crimes of genocide in Palestine, and Sacred Mountain Sangha, a socially engaged buddhist community. Counseling and Archetypal Astrology - Verana Faye
WHAT IN THE HOLY HEAVENS…is going on? An astrology talk and discussion on the current celestial conversation for these times with archetypal and counseling astrologer, Verana Faye Bailowitz.
These times keep building…in intensity, in excitement, in urgency, in an ever increasing need to know ourselves, trust that we are held within some greater story, and feel clarity around what is ours to do. More and more folks are turning toward astrology and other divinatory systems and maps as tools for healing, self discovery, and for locating ourselves amidst so much pain, isolation, and great unknowns. When we understand what is happening in the great mystical sky surrounding us, we feel embedded within the love story of the cosmos. Here we can rest back, receive the guidance of the moment, and wisely engage with all that life is inviting us into at this crucial and powerful time of humanity.
Join archetypal and counseling astrologer, Verana Faye, owner of Embody Your Birth, for an embodied journey into and through the current cosmological conversation of this moment. Verana will invite us into a deep and playful discussion on the current Saturn/Neptune conjunction that is tight in the sky now and for all of 2025 and into 2026. Verana paints the story of the sky with knowledge, creativity, and joy, and you will leave her workshop with greater understanding and inspiration about this moment in time and your place in it.
